Flattering, Soft, Cut Well, Short Upper Torsos Be Aware of Low-Cut & Straps
I own a lot of nice pieces from Avidlove’s lingerie lines, so I wasn’t sure how a plain old nightie was going to work out. I was pleasantly satisfied with this piece, from the adjustable cross-back straps, the flattering cut and length, and the soft, oh-so-craveable fabric. Along with their excellent sewing and craftsmanship, the nightgown is sized appropriately, being a little too big in an XXL for my US Womens’ Size 16 frame, with a 38DD chest (measured with “A Bra that Fits” rules, check them out!). I wanted it a little loose, but an XL would have been bog standard for someone my size. I like it loose. That being said, because it was a little loose, the neckline pitched a little low, even when I had the straps adjusted all the way. I have a very short distance from my shoulders to my bust, and always find myself maxing out the straps to get them at tight or short as possible. With this garment, and because I ordered the size a little too big, even when I had the straps adjusted all the way, the front was still exposing 1/3 of my bra. Again, nightgown, so I don’t particularly care, but for you other short upper-torso people out there (there have to be others!), you may want to size more accurately than I did, so you get the right proportions. I sacrificed that because I like a little baggy in my nightgown.Other than that, she washed up fine in a warm/cold cycle in my top loader, and dried without pilling or fuzzing on a tumble dry low heat. Line dried to finish, but I have time on my hands, a dryer should do this just fine, but throw in a lingerie bag just to be sure (lace and straps with hardward; you get me).With strong but soft machine lace, a soft, comfortable self, and a flattering cut, this is at least a once-weekly wearer in my drawer, and I love it!

Cute, sexy and comfortable who could ask for anything more!
This is a very simple chemise but super comfortable chemise. Just enough enough lace trim to feel sexy, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable. The material is super soft against the skin, and depending on size chosen can be form fitting or loose. I would say order to size if you’re looking for slightly loose, but comfortable. Order down a size if you’re looking for more of a bodycon slip fit.As with most of Avidloves products this chemise is well made but affordable. I’ve only washed it once so far but no issues with shrinkage or seam issues so a well constructed product. The material is thin, but super comfortable to wear and seems to breath great. I’ve worn it sleeping and as a slip and was super comfortable both times. I’m a 38C and while the top has zero support it is still comfortable to sleep in and work fine with a bra if you want to wear it as a slip. I have sloping shoulders so I’m a big fan of the racer back straps on this one as they stay put and don’t slip off my shoulders.Overall a really nice chemise/slip that is super comfortable, sexy and just feels great to wear. I will be buying more in different colors.

I love how it is styled because the straps don’t even think about falling off. It is all super soft, including the lace. The sizing is accurate. I ordered a size L and I am 5’8″ 132 lbs 36C. Now that it is super hot I needed some new sleepwear that is cooler. This looked perfect. Made of a lightweight cottony material it super comfy while also keeping you cool. The cut is cute amking it slightly sexy according to my husband. Dark green color really pops. Washes well coming out super soft. Cozy to sleep in. I really like it so I give it 4/5 stars.

I love night gowns that are light and airy during the summer time. I also have other people in my house so I have to avoid anything that shows everything. Which can be very hard to find. Everyone else seems to want sexy lingerie. This nightie is lightweight and comfortable to sleep in. The adjustable straps help keep it in the shoulders & prevent slipping. Not too revealing or short so it can be worn without exposure of anything you don’t want exposed.
