I spend a lot of time in bed (chronic health problems), but I still like to look pretty when I feel like garbage, so I have a ton of nightgowns. Based on the reviews, I took a gamble and bought three of these (ice blue, champagne and black). And I just bought one more, because they’re an excellent value, comfortable, and … well, I feel pretty in them, even when I feel like garbage. Judging by the admiring looks from my husband when I’m swanning around the house in them, he also thinks I look pretty good ;)The fabric is a nice weight, thin enough to be sexy (slightly sheer in the champagne and ice blue), but as other reviews have stated, thick enough that I’m not worried about them falling apart after a few washes. The fabric drapes over the figure beautifully. The thigh slit is edged well, and the straps in the back are securely sewn into place. The lace is soft, not scratchy, and is substantial enough that I’m not afraid I’ll put a fingernail through it pulling it on and off. I typically pay 2-3 times this price for nightgowns of equal quality and attention to detail, so I’m THRILLED with this purchase.I purchased a size small, and it fits perfectly through the hips and thighs, though it’s a little large through the bust (I’m 5′-7″, a size 2/4, 28DD).

Beautiful Gown
I really liked this gown. I got it in the Midnight Blue which is more of a dusty blue, like periwinkle or cadet blue. It felt elegant and comfortable. The lace that goes across the back is stretchy and soft, which is nice, and the straps are adjustable.I am 5’6″ and a size 16, 225, 38DD, very curvy and pear shaped. I usually wear a L or XL, and ordered this in a XL. It just barely fit and was snug all the way down my body, not draping as in the product photos. But because it was snug, the bust actually gave my large breasts some support, which felt and looked very nice. It was not too small but did not fit loosely. I marked it as fitting slightly smaller than expected because usually XL is big on me.I have a shorter chemise from Victoria’s Secret that is not silk but feels like it, and sadly this gown is not as soft. The satin is a bit stiff and my partner even commented that it is not as soft as I am. But he also commented several times how much he liked it and hugs me a lot when I wear it.I give it 4 stars because I wish it was softer, but I like it so much that I plan to order it in another couple of colors.

It’ll wear nice once.
I bought this to wear postpartum to make me feel beautiful. And while this is flattering and soft. After one wash I could tell the lace is not going to last long. Even delicate cycle wash and hang dry seemed to wear on the lace. If you’re getting this to wear once for an event or special someone then it is worth it. But if you’re looking for a garment that’s going to last look elsewhere. I got the 3x. Im 5’4” and 208lbs, 8 months pregnant . A tiny bit awkward in the breast area for fit but fits great everywhere else. Looks beautiful just cheap.

Very Comfortable!
Love the satin material on this. The lace is nice and isn’t itchy. Love that the straps are adjustable and the cups lay well. I got a XXL, am 5’3″ and 220lb. I like it a little loose and this made it just loose enough while still highlighting my curves.

After a couple of months of regular use the stitching started coming undone but I just sewed it up and otherwise it’s great

Ordered this to wear as a slip under a lace dress- really pretty, but the sizing recommended was too big for me.
