The fabric is not thin but not overly thick, I’d say it is perfect for nightgowns. It is comfortable since it has a bit of stretch. The fit is just how I like it – a bit loose since I wear everything a bit loose. The quality is very good!I washed it after the initial try on (delicate cycle, in a lingerie bag, dry on low to not harm the satin) and it was perfect!Length: I’m only 5’1” and it hit the floor as I stood barefoot and that’s what I wanted. My husband was in awe of it since he liked the feel of the fabric and the fit. He could also appreciate the slit on the side that was carefully stitched to not tear.I paired this with another brand’s robe and felt like a movie star straight out of Hollywood Regency films!If you are looking for the nightgowns that will make you feel like a queen or princess while you sleep, or you just need to feel special, this is it! Order one and you won’t be disappointed!I’m an XL for a perfect and snug fit. I went up to a 3xL for a more comfortable fit since my usual chosen size would have been a 2xl. The 3XL gave me the fit the models had in the listing. Not recommended if you’re size XS
I’m usually a size XS (~120 lbs, 5’4”) but the smallest size available for this nightgown is S. In my opinion, the size S was too loose on me to be sexy. It was also closer to ankle-length on me, rather than mid-calf-length as shown in the photos. I’m returning.

Great fit and feel
I am a DD and I did not expect this to fit well but it fits great. I bought a medium which is right size for my size 6-8 body, but I feared would be too small in the bust. But this fit great. The lace is stretchy and the criss cross adjustable straps are just tight enough to keep the girls in place but fabric moves with me so nothing feels tight. Very pretty color. Very sexy and very comfortable. I love it.
