*update* 16 months later and it’s held up amazingly. I haven’t had to do any additional repairs like I’d anticipated. I’m changing my review to 5 stars—turned out to be a great purchase!*I am almost 5’3″ around 110, roughly 33-25-37. I ordered this in size Large, according to the size chart and other reviewers, for the long length. It’s so soft and cozy that I kept it despite some of its issues. The length comes to my feet, not quite the floor, but it is long enough that it gets a little wet in places when it touches the bathroom floor after a shower. I also trip on it often on the stairs. The robe itself is huge/width wise. When I wrap up, the left pocket is covered by the right side. The right pocket ends up being in front. The sleeves are really too wide/long and get in the way. I really like the hood. I haven’t had any issues where it felt too small.However, the stitching is very poor, especially near the wrists, and I know I will have to do a lot of repairs on this over time. Also, the inner tie/belt was torn at the seam on arrival. I ordered a replacement which did the same thing in a day.But it is so warm and cozy. It feels like wearing a nice blanket. I think the fabric is amazing–it’s the best part. The color is exactly what I wanted–a very deep, rich wine. It looks and feels luxurious, moody, and dramatic.

Buy this robe! It’s everything I hoped for and way more! This is a thick and luxurious robe. My husband gave it to me as a gift. When I first opened it I thought it was a blanket. No! To my delight it was a very long robe with a hood. I am 5’11’ and 220lbs. This robe comes about 6” off the ground on me. If you are 5”5’ or taller you could wear this XL size without it puddling around on the floor. It is so soft and cuddly without being too heavy. The hood is a big bonus for extra warmth when needed and it looks great when not in use. I have to say, that the length of this is my favorite feature though (the luxuriousness of it aside). For the first time I have a robe that when I sit down covers most of my legs in a warm cuddly embrace. First thing in the morning when I am sipping my coffee, I truly feel incredibly pampered when wearing this. It’s the perfect way to start my day OR end it before bed! It makes me happy. Hygge at its finest!

Full cozy coverage
Such a pretty blue and so warm and cozy despite being fairly lightweight. Definitely recommend, esp. for the price. I am about 120 lbs and just under 5’8” but bought an XL to have lots of fabric to wrap myself in and hang to the floor and it’s just right. L would have been fine if I’d wanted less fabric or was a few inches shorter. The inner tie of ribbon-type fabric does seem flimsy as other note, but with all this fabric I don’t use that tie anyway. I do note this robe is not at all absorbent, so I found it was not a good choice for post-hot tub use. Have washed once so far and no issues there.

This is the best housecoat I’ve ever had in my life!! It’s thick and cozy, has a nice big hood, AND it goes just about to the floor so it keeps my legs warm too 🙂 Winters in Ontario (Canada) can get pretty cold so this is perfect when I want to snuggle in and watch a good movie. I highly recommend this housecoat for anyone who likes to be pampered by cloud-like softness.

I rarely rate anything 5 stars but this exceeded my expectations. Lovely plum colour, very warm and soft. It’s very long which is perfect for my 5’7+” height. If I was to give any criticism it’s the tie could be a little longer. I’m living in it during an unprecedented cold snap.

I ordered the XL because of the size reviews and its a little largeMine sits about half inch on the ground (floor duster)I am 5 ft 4 inches and 130 pounds average buildI could have ordered the Large and it would have been perfect but I am okay with it being a little longthe sleeves come to my knuckles.It’s very soft and I have Fibromyalgia and sometimes when I get a flare up my body feels like I have a really bad sunburn all over my body and cant wear clothes but this housecoat is to light weight I can wear it with very little pain so it’s a bonus for me.Although it’s very thin and light weight it’s still warm, may not for going outside in the winter to have a smoke but still warm enough.The hoodie is oversized so very comfortable and not binding.
