It looks like a great old-style robe to wear before bed and around the house.
I am very happy with this all cotton robe that reminds me of the Vanity Fair robes my dad bought my mother. (We lived near the VF outlet complex in Reading, PA. I even chose the tan/brown color (my mother’s favorites).VF set a high standard for ladies’ nightwear and lingerie. We shopped their outlet stores for all those things. I don’t expect this to wear as well oras long as those did. I bought it in the XL at first but just looking at it made me think I wanted to size down. I did and it fits comfortably (with some wiggle room through my tummy and hips but is notloose). If you want a loose-fitting robe size up.I wear a size 36 DD bra and am like a size 14/16 on top and a 16/18 on bottom.

Comfortable, practical, lightweight housecoat
I am now my Mammaw. I needed a summerweight robe, and somehow this caught my eye. I’m finding myself wearing it on up into the day, around the house, far more than I ever did a “robe” robe. It’s lightweight and comfortable and wears like a “housecoat.” It’s a fairly soft knit and might not be thick enough for modesty in one of the lighter colors, but coverage in the navy is fine and dandy over a thin nightie. I’m actually enjoying getting old enough not to be embarrassed to seek comfort over cool factor 😉

This is my second order. That is how perfect this house coat is in 100 percent cotton. It is soft, fits as described and did not fade when washed. I have a black for home and a purple for travel. I plan to order a few as birthday and Christmas gifts.

Quite comfortable
This is a very nice garment made of soft cotton. It’s listed as a robe, but works well as a nightgown. It’s very comfortable. However, it’s not going to do a great job at keeping you warm in cool environments. The material is a bit thin, so this is more for warmer weather.I like the fact that you don’t have to pull it over your head to put it on or off.Some have commented on the durability of the plastic zipper. I haven’t had it long enough to speak from experience, but it looks like it will last. It’s working well so far.
