Highly Flammable!
I really didn’t want to give this any stars but I wanted to alert people that this Terry Robe is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE!! It actually caught on fire while I was wearing it. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Cotton Terry Robes fabric material is really soft and it fits well.

Terrycloth not as good as expected.
Cotton terrycloth is only medium-lower quality. Lots of lose loops all over robe, a couple of mfg defects (noticible runs) on the sleeves. It looks like many of the looser loops will become snags pretty quickly with normal wear. Color was deep blue, as orderd. It seemed to wash ok. It’s not nearly as long as I expected. I was expecting a higher quality. I will be returning it.

What I Was Hoping For
Only reason why I won’t give it 5 stars is because this is not a high quality bathrobe. However, you get what you pay for, and I just didn’t have the finances to fork over 100USD on another high quality robe (my old one is now in need of replacement). I was also desperately hoping that this wasn’t a fuzzy, cozy, microfiber type of robe, but indeed one made of bath towel material. There’s so many bathrobes on amazon that claim to be made of a towel material but are actually made of that fuzzy stuff that isn’t even absorbent. This is towel material, so it should be fine. As far as longevity, I can’t attest to it. But hopefully it lasts me a decent amount of time.

Love this Absorbent Terry Cloth ROBE!!
Has become one of my favorite life hacks! I love this robe so much I got my daughter one. I pull this absorbent robe on as I get out of the shower, in lieu of drying off with a towel. In fact I haven’t used a towel since I got this. It doesn’t have a hood but I prefer to use one of those terry wraps on my hair anyway. The robe washes and dries well, like a towel. It’s just the right weight as fast as I’m concerned but I don’t like those giant heavy plush-like towels that don’t seem to dry me off well yet take forever to dry. It’s generously sized although I am 5’1” and 118 lbs. It wraps completely over my chest—I mean I get a double layer of coverage, I put two huge cuffs in each sleeve and it hits me at mid calf. I think it’s a tremendous value at less than $20. I’m thinking of getting another to keep out by the sauna (maybe then I’d want to use the sauna).
