Great fit and comfortable
This robe is very nice. It is made with a waffled cotton and is quite warm. I’m only 5’1″ and the robe came a bit lower than mid-calf. I found the fit to be very good. I like the inside tie to help keep the robe closed and there are two loops to hold the outer belt. The black piping adds a more tailored look to the robe. Being cotton, the robe is easy to launder. I took the robe on a trip with me already. It was easy to pack and didn’t take up a lot of space. I found the robe very comfortable to wear and a great fit.

Basic No-Frills Robe
4 stars: Overall a basic mediumweight robe. It is not especially soft, and I’d call it more utilitarian than for lounging about, but maybe it’ll become less starchy after a few washes. It also has a distinct plasticky smell out of the package that an initial wash did not fully get out. However it has ample room in the pockets, something I am always a fan of. I am also a fan of the single white line on the otherwise black robe – I like the simple aesthetics of this. If you have long arms, the sleeves would probably be short for you. I happen to have short arms, so the fit was perfect. I would recommend a size up from your usual though. Overall, it’s definitely something I’ll continue using in the future!

Gonna Pass On This One
The robe arrived and I opened it to try on. First two things that caught my attention were its very small for a L/XL, the sleeves barely went halfway down my forearms. The second is the smell, not the normal smell you have on new clothes its EXACTLY the same smell those little robes they give you in hospitals have when you open the package to put it on. It has the cloth ‘belt’ like normal robes but also has that string about halfway down you can tie, the hospital ones all have those. I’m pretty sure these were originally intended for that use. Material is very thin and not very pleasant to the touch.I think for the money there are better alternatives on Amazon to be had. With the size issue (go a size up at least), the unpleasant feel of the cloth, the hospital fresh smell, and it seeming to be a repurposed hospital gown makes me give this a pass.

Nice quality waffle knit cotton robe.
I LOVE this waffle knit cotton robe. While it is nothing crazy special there is something about it that just feels great when I put it on after a shower. The fabric feels like good quality and is perfectly thin. It doesn’t feel weird when you put it on after a shower and it comfortable to wear. It’s simple yet perfect.

Size up for sleeve length
I got this robe in Large-X Large Mens, for my husband. It’s a 5 star robe in every way except the sizing. I love the fabric and the texture…I also love the light weight of the robe. It’s absolutely perfect for summer. It breathes super well and it’s also made super well. The only negative is the sizing, as I mentioned. The sleeve length is too short for average to tall men. They reach just below his elbows. So it will end up being a bonus robe for me…not a complaint by any means. It holds up very well in the wash. I use a cold cycle, then dry it on low heat. It dries quickly and doesn’t wrinkle or shed.

Nice robe for a guy or a girl
this robe comes completely vacuum packed. At first I wasn’t even sure what this was. When I finally opened it it fluffed up really nice. I will be having my son bring it with him to college. This will be perfect for him walking down the hallway when he showers in the dorms. The navy color is very nice and the robe is very comfy. It’s a good robe for anyone. I have not yet tried to wash it, but I believe this will last for a while.

Thoroughly disappointing
I ordered a men’s large/X-Large for my son. The label on the robe says l/xl. My son is 5’9 and weighs 180 pounds. He is not a “big boy” by any stretch of the imagination. This robe is tiny.The wrap around his body has only 2-3 inches of overlap. That is with it pulled tight. There is no room to move without it coming apart even with the inside tie and belt tied.The sleeves on this robe only come 3/4 of the way down his arms. The sleeves also are quite snug. He can only fit 2 fingers in the cuffs.On that note the waffle weave is very nice looking. The navy with the white trim looks very sharp. The outside feels nice like a nice waffle weave should. The inside on the other hand feels like a not high thread count poplin.

Not a bad robe for the price but…
Not the worst robe I’ve ever owned. However, I do wish it had a little bit more comfort to it and didn’t feel so short in the arms. I feel it holds in the armpits and shoulders a bit and runs a little short at the wrists. Mind you also that I ordered the 3XL and I am definitely not a 3XL, I am an XL. I highly suggest that if you think you’re an XL that you go for the 3XL as this robes size definitely runs small.I do like that it is lightweight, however, it does not feel Prremium. Not cheap, per say but there were some loose strands that I had to cut off. Not a big deal at all but it’s something to look for so that it doesn’t get pulled and rip the stitching.With all that in mind, it’s pretty good for the price but I would pay a little bit more to get a little bit more.
