I was very hesitant buying a product that did not have any reviews, but I did a little bit of research, found their crowdfunding campaign for the design and social media pages that they are a legit company. Just might need some help on the marketing end but I digress, I took a chance and ordered two robes, sm/m one for myself, and L/XL one for my husband, I gave it to my husband a little early before Christmas and he loved it! I have not washed the robes yet to see how they do after a few washes, but it does come with a really nice laundry bag, which I will say will be necessary to use because of the fabric – the way it is woven together. It would be essential to put it in a bag so the threads don’t snag. It’s a beautiful weave that does a great job of keeping you warm and dry and drying out quickly as described!Fabric weight: it is a combination of both light and heavy weight (for this kind of fabric) it’s not cheaply made so it has a good weight to it in the waffle category that is very comforting, but not heavy at all (if that makes sense, I’m referring to the weight as feeling in the sense of comfort and quality.) . Some waffle robes are so thin and cheap – and this is definitely not like that. If somebody is looking for feather-softest, they need to buy polyester. These are soft for a cotton silk blend but not fake soft or polyester soft . Which we do not want on our bodies anyway… overall, I am very impressed with the stitching, the perfect size hood and pockets, they’re really nice thick belt. The way it hugs the body. And the handy little snap buttons are amazing. I don’t know why more robes don’t have them! Anyway, very happy with my purchase and if anything changes after the first few washes, I will let you guys know, but I don’t anticipate any issues:)As far as sizing, I am a woman that wears medium clothes and the size on me is perfect. It still has a little room in it because my husband was able to put my robe on on accident and it still fit him. It was definitely snug but the sizing is great. The large extra large is perfect. It gives him a little bit of extra space for sure. In a good way he weighs about 200 pounds is about 5’8 kind of a stocky build. I think for most women, the small medium will be the one to go to because it is adjustable with the belt.

Nice waffle cotton/silk blend robe
Nice looking robe, love the hood. Live in the tropics, and it didn’t make me uncomfortable, at least before noon, although it is hefty when you pick it up. The sewing workmanship is outstanding: generous seams and sturdy binding / welting tape reinforcement. Robe has snaps for closure as well as a belt. Snaps ensure a modest cleavage view when you first roll out of bed. If you have pointed, long fingernails or cats that use you for a scratching post, I would hesitate to buy it. This is because the weave of the material looks solid but in fact, close up the threads are really just lightly held (tied) together. But, it does breathe as a result.
