Beautiful but missing the sash
Ordered the yellow robe with white cranes. It’s very accurate to the color in the seller’s photos and is very pretty. It does indeed have a belt loop on each side, as well as those interior ties like most robes.BUT I did not receive the sash. Unfortunately, I am in a “Get Help” death loop, with the “Seller Messenging Assistant” telling me I have to talk with Amazon Customer Service b/c they are the ones who shipped it. But none of the options are relevant. It looks like I’d have to return it and take the chance of getting another one again without the sash. Such an incredible hassle. It appears I have no way to contact the seller directly about this, nor an actual Amazon rep to remedy this. This is a gift. Guess I’m now on the hurried hunt for a long scarf or something that can be used.So be warned…it’s possible you, too, will have to figure out an alternative for a sash (and note that this will increase your overall expenditure on your robe).

Very soft and silky once you wash it, dried in the dryer on air dry. Super lightweight and luxurious feeling for a good price. It should be labeled as one size fits most because I bought it for a very thin person and it fit just right, not over sized at all. Overall it’s worth buying.

Disappointed!!
I love all the selections Prodesign offers on Amazon and I ordered 3 kimono robes. This robe is advertised as “one size fits most” and I guess that is true. But if you are going to make a robe for plus sized women, you need it to fit women who are size 18W to size 24 or 26W. The robe front panels would not meet at all and this type robe is meant to cross over in the front and then secured with the belt. I am a size 20W and this would not close in the front. It’s a shame because I would purchase several if you offered a size that does fit most. Lovely designs on all 3, but they are being returned and I’ll look elsewhere for a similar product.
